                                                         We are Family

Everyone is at Sharon's  house waiting for the Dr. to call with the test results concerning TJ biological father. They decided to spend the weekend there nto introduce TJ to his new found family.

                                                                 Sharon

Lisa hates me because I'm happy. I know mom and dad are rolling over in their grave.

                                                                   Tim

I wish I can do something to change this situation .

                                                                  Sharon

No baby we good we just have to take care of Jr. first

                                                                  Aunt Ethel

I gave the doctor my cell number. I already explained everything to Tj. My girlfriend will be dropping him off from camp soon.

ARRR Poor thing I hate putting him through all of this.

No no sweetie it's good that you brought this to my attention as soon as you were aware. So Lisa can be the only bad guy.

If I knew I had a son I would had contacted him immediately.

As soon as Lisa turned 18 she should had contacted him and told you guys about him.  I didn't want to force her hand and I promised your parents I will not tell anyone unless it was an emergency. He is really such a well mannered child. He is a pleasure to have around.

Were mom and dad ok with her contacting him?

No but I'm your Aunt Ethel I always have you girls back. Who brought you guys bras and cell phones after told not to by your mom. It was our little secret right? ( Aunt Ethel winks!) Lisa could had visited when ever she wanted for as long as she wanted and your mom would had never known. And I am sure guys would had kept her secret.

I don't think Lisa wants a son. I mean she knows she can't raise a child by herself The only reason she told us about him is  to hurt me and she did. She really did .

Baby don't look at it like that. Whether he's my son or my nephew he is a blessing to this family.

The phone rings and Sharon answers ...it's Lisa.

I'm sorry we running late is he there yet?

No not yet? We Waiting on the Dr. to call ...Wait a minute he is calling now. Hold on!

Hello..huh huh ok yes ...thank you much...(pause) Tim is not the father !!

Hello Lisa are you still there?

The test proves Tim is not TJ's father.

Lisa and Sharon hang up then Lisa turns to John

The door bell rings

Lisa

Hello word on the street is my son is in here!

Lisa

He is out of town. Aren't you hungry Aunt Sharon ordered pizza lets talk over dinner I'm starved

It is now Sunday everyone is leaving John and Lisa stay behind.

John

We need to talk to you about Aunt  Ethel's little white lie.

Sharon

What the hell are you talking about ?

John

I didn't want to mess up TJ's weekend

Sharon

( starts yelling)You make me sick! What is wrong with you.?

Tim

(runs into the room) what's wrong baby

They claiming Auntie lied about you not being Tj's father.

Sharon launch at Lisa and grabs her hair throwing her to the ground screaming I hate you. Then she begin kicking her until Tim manages to grab her. Lisa not once tries to protect herself.

Lisa

( crying) I'm so sorry how was I supposed to know you will fall in love with my son's father

John

Scene 2

Lisa and Sharon hangs up the phone and Lisa turns to John.

Midterm Reflection ISI2016

1. Describe yourself in terms of three strands: Writer, Theory and Technology.

I am not a sit at a desk and brainstorm writer or go to a special place to write, writer. I am an "on the go “writer. I continue to write until my project is complete. Whenever a thought comes to mind I write it down in my cellphone. I stop what I am doing and plug it in. When I have time I make decisions of what will flow. I have yet to develop a great theory although it is in my plans. I have managed to develop little theories like “To be proactive means to never have to worry about an out of controlled situation” when you pay attention to your life you can prevent chaos. Also when dealing with your life” Good intentions create great outcomes" when being proactive. Technology is a stranger to me although I am slowly becoming familiar by force (lol). I have decided to further my education and some of my assignments require technical inputs. Because I love to learn I am getting excited about adjusting to the technology aspects of the curriculum. It is an enjoyable challenge and a fascinated experience.



2. Although all three strands will be explored. Which strand will you focus on?

I will definitely focus on technology. I know the necessity of technology in the 21 century. I also want to be technically inclined because when you’re not you appear old. I am young at heart I do not want my lack of technology to define me.

3) How are you documenting your growth?

I am documenting my growth by my comprehension of the assignments. My growth has allowed me to listen first until my questions get answered. Then ask questions until my comprehension is secure. It makes a relaxing class that also allows great ideas to come to mind. It makes a less tense environment.

4) What are your developing goals as ISI progresses?

My personal goal is to improve self-growth in every class. My educational goal is to learn how teachers collaborates and how they set up their TIW. Every face- to- face session I have learned by listening to the teachers share their ideas with each other.   It is a great experience.

5) What help/ guidance do you need from me as your facilitator?

My help and guidance may consist of the technical aspect of the curriculum. Unfortunately I may need a physical step by step lesson on the technical aspects of the curriculum. A process that will allow me to write down the steps. I know it is time consuming but once I write it down I will never need another lesson of that technical aspect.

My Make: Letter to the Next President

Welcoming illegal immigrants  is a very old  concern in the United States of America. Illegal immigrants get to live in the United States without paying taxes. They are working  jobs that should be offered to Americans.  Because they are desperately working for a lesser salary " under the table" they get the job every time. Not only are they not paying taxes they  are also taking Americans job. When they get their green card some are allowed to collect public assistance before paying taxes. To add insult to injury Americans endure the legal bill of the processing of illegal criminals “Dangerous criminals, including murderers, are being released every day because their home countries will not cooperate in taking them back,” Grassley wrote in a June 27 letter to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson" which causes our taxes to increase. American's taxes pay to process them going to jail, for their trail, and their livelihood in jail. If their crime constitutes a program upon their release taxes payers foots the bill. An agreement was made with some countries that " Illegal immigrants convicted of crimes typically must serve all or part of their prison sentences in the U.S., and then are sent home under diplomatic agreements between the U.S. and other countries." but guess what happens when the other countries refuses to live up to their agreement. " More than 2,000 illegal immigrants were turned loose on American streets after serving prison sentences last year - often because their home countries refused to take them back - and many subsequently committed crimes including rape and murder" this situation must be addressed immediately. We are " sitting ducks" waiting for them to violate us. Americans that commit crimes are not given that option.


My opinion is the immigrants that reside in America should be allowed to stay. Starting today only permanent residency applications should be offered to people looking to transition to America. Immigrants should be made to pay taxes for at lease a year before being allowed to collect public assistance.
